A comprehensive map of genetic mutations linked to an aggressive and lethal type of lung cancer has been developed by a team of scientists, including researchers from Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center. The researchers have also identified a mutation in a gene known as SOX2 that is linked with early embryonic development.
